How WorkHourKit handles calculator entries and optional saved drafts.
Calculator entries stay in your browser
Shifts, hours, and rates are calculated on your device. WorkHourKit does not send these entries to an application server or include them in Google Analytics events. There is no login or active advertising script.
Optional local drafts
Save on this device stores a draft in your browser’s local storage. It is not automatically uploaded or synchronized. Delete saved removes that calculator’s draft. Clearing site data in your browser also removes saved drafts. Other people using the same browser profile may access them.
Sharing and downloads
Share links include the shift and pay settings in a URL fragment. Anyone who receives the complete link can load the sheet. Links may be retained in browser history or by the app through which you share them. CSV exports become files on your device.
Google Analytics
The production site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and broad interactions such as using a calculator, copying a result, exporting a CSV, or using local save and load. Custom events include only the calculator type, never entered times, breaks, hours, rates, pay amounts, saved drafts, copied results, or shared-link contents. The Google tag may receive standard technical information such as the requested page without its URL fragment, referrer, browser or device details, IP address, and identifiers or cookies used by Google Analytics. Enhanced Measurement may measure page views, scrolling, outbound links, and downloads according to the Analytics property settings. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site tag.
Hosting, consent, and future advertising
Cloudflare may receive normal connection information such as IP addresses and requested paths while serving the site. The current US launch does not claim a consent banner or Consent Mode implementation. A suitable consent-management setup must be added before analytics is enabled for future EEA, UK, or Switzerland editions. Reserved ad positions do not currently load ads, and no AdSense publisher ID is configured.
