How to complete the fields
- Date / day: identify the shift’s start date.
- Start and end: include AM/PM or use unambiguous 24-hour time.
- Unpaid break: enter only break minutes excluded from worked time.
- Regular and overtime: split hours using the threshold and rules that apply to your situation.
- Notes: record overnight work, split shifts, corrections, or approvals.
