THE METHOD
How your result is calculated
This weekly hours and time card calculator groups each shift by its start day. Choose the first day of your workweek. Empty days count as zero; use Add shift for split shifts. CSV exports include each shift and the summary.
A worked example
Five shifts of 8 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each produce 37 hours 30 minutes for the week. A sixth 4-hour shift brings the total to 41 hours 30 minutes.
We calculate clock time, not elapsed time across daylight-saving changes. Pay estimates exclude taxes and deductions. Read the full methodology →

What if shifts overlap?
Overlapping clock intervals are rejected, including a night shift that overlaps the next day. Adjacent shifts are allowed.
