Biweekly Time Card Calculator
Add two weeks of shifts and keep each week’s hours visible when estimating overtime and gross pay.
Your time card
Use 9:00 AM / 5:00 PM. 24-hour entries also work. An earlier end time means next day.
Pay estimate Optional
Example settings only. Confirm the threshold and multiplier for your calculation.

THE METHOD
How your result is calculated
The selected start date defines two consecutive seven-day groups. For this mathematical estimate, all minutes in an overnight shift belong to its start day and week. Split a boundary shift if your payroll process allocates it differently.
A worked example
With 45 hours in week one and 30 in week two, a chosen 40-hour weekly threshold gives 70 regular hours and 5 overtime hours. It does not average the two weeks.
We calculate clock time, not elapsed time across daylight-saving changes. Pay estimates exclude taxes and deductions. Read the full methodology →
GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Is biweekly the same as twice a month?
No. This tool covers 14 consecutive days. A twice-monthly payroll period can have a different number of days.
Can I change the overtime threshold?
Yes. Expand Pay estimate and set your own weekly threshold and multiplier. The example defaults are not a legal determination.
